How do I register for the Gala?
Click here to register for the I ❤ The 5th Gala! Individual tickets range from free (with a suggested $25 donation) to $500 per person. After purchasing your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email. The week of the event, we will send an email with full details on how to access the Gala Livestream on June 4.
How do I register for the Online Auction?
Click here to register for the Online Auction! Select Get Started and either log in if you've participated in past 5th auctions, or create an account. The auction will open for bidding on May 26 at 11 AM PDT, and the auction will close on Saturday, June 5 at 6 PM PDT. Click here for a step-by-step guide on how online bidding works.
How will I access the Gala Livestream?
The Gala Livestream will be password protected and hosted on Vimeo. All guests must register in order to receive the Gala Livestream link and password. We will send a "Know Before You Go" email a few days prior to the event with full access details, as well as reminder on June 4.
I want to order dinner for the virtual Gala. How do I do that?
We're thrilled you want to enhance your virtual Gala experience by ordering dinner from our Restaurant Partners. Take a look at their delicious menus by clicking here. All menus will include reheat instructions.
Capital Grille (Dinner for One):
- Place your order here (scroll down to UPGRADE: DINNER):
- $60 per person, with 10.1% sales tax
- Orders and payments will be facilitated by The 5th Avenue Theatre. Pick up will be facilitated by Capital Grille.
Ethan Stowell Restaurants (Dinner for Two):
- Place your order by clicking here:
- $125 per two people, includes $25 donation to The 5th Avenue Theatre.
- All orders, payments, and pick up facilitation will go through Ethan Stowell Restaurants (3 locations available for pick up locations).
How do I donate during the event?
You are welcome to make a gift now or during the event. To make a gift now, click here. We will provide updated instructions on how to donate during the event closer to June 4.
What happens if I win an Online Auction item?
If your item is an electronic certificate, you will be emailed the certificate along with an email introduction with the donor (if applicable). If your item is a physical certificate, you will be mailed the certificate in addition to an email introduction with the donor (if applicable). If your item is larger than a certificate, there will be three pick up options at The 5th Avenue Theatre:
- Sunday, June 6 from 3 - 6 PM
- Monday, June 7 from 12 - 4 PM
- Saturday, June 12 from 10 AM - 1 PM
Additional pick up options can be arranged on a mutually agreed upon date and time.
When will my credit card be charged?
For all Gala Ticket purchases or donations made prior to the event, your card will be charged around May 31. If you won an Online Auction item or made a Fund-A-Need gift during the event, your card will be charged when the auction closes on Saturday, June 5. This will be reflected on your credit card statement within a few business days.
