How do I participate in the Live Wine Auction?

If you're interested in bidding on wine, please register here. Once registered, you will receive an automatic email with Zoom meeting details. We will send a reminder email from devoevents@5thavenue.org by December 4. Bidding will open at 5 PM PST on Friday, December 4 and close at 6:30 PM PST. All wine bidding will occur through the bidding website, so get your bidding thumb ready!

What happens if I win a Wine Auction item?

There will be two pick up options at The 5th Avenue Theatre: Saturday, December 5 from 2 - 5 PM and Tuesday, December 8 from 12 - 6 PM. Additional pick up options can be arranged on a mutually agreed upon date and time, or delivery to your home if within 15 miles of The 5th. After registering for the Wine Auction, we will send the live event details and discuss pick up and delivery options.

If I win a silent auction package or purchase an item from the Artisan Marketplace, how will I receive that item?

If your item is an electronic certificate, you will be emailed the certificate along with an email introduction with the donor (if applicable). If your item is a physical certificate, you will be mailed the certificate in addition to an email introduction with the donor (if applicable). If your item is tangible, you will be contacted on December 10 to arrange a pickup time at The 5th Avenue Theatre. Pickup dates will be December 11-14. 

When will my credit card be charged?

If you purchased any items in the Artisan Marketplace by Friday, December 4 at 7 PM or won a Wine Auction package, your card will be charged within a few business days of December 4. If you won a silent auction item or purchased Artisan Marketplace items after December 4, your card will be charged after the Holiday Bazaar closes on December 9 at 6 PM. This will be reflected on your credit card statement within a few business days.
